A monograph on the Mesozoic crinoids of Africa and Asia
The first monographic study of several dozen crinoidtaxa (including one new species) from the Jurassic and Cretaceous sediments of Africa and Asia (southern Tethys). Significant differences in the number of crinoid genera between the northern and southern parts of Tethys have been demonstrated. This is most likely a secondary effect caused by much better sampling and a long history of studies of crinoids from the northern Tethys.
