A single reptile skeleton excavated there was named <i>Trachelosaurus fischeri<\/i> over 100 years ago. For many years the specimen was regarded as <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chimera_%28paleontology%29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">intermixed remains of several different animals<\/a>.
